It was very good. The lemon grass paste gave it a nice thai flavor, I added it about half way through eating my ramen. They had a spicy chili sauce, that was tasty. I really liked the chard broccoli . The Ajitsuke Tamago egg was good, but kinda expensive at $3.

I ordered the Creamy Salmon Ramen. The portions were small and the price expensive compared to other ramen stores in Orange County. The noodles were good and I appreciated the different pieces of salmon… but something really felt missing from the broth. The spicy miso helped a bit to round out the flavors more… Perhaps I’m not used to this type of ramen, but overall it was not quite to my liking.

They’ve only been open a month so it’s difficult to tell if it’s going to get better. It’s very different than other ramen places. My noodles were under cooked but my wife’s where ok. The creamy garlic ramen tastes like watered down shrimp scampi. The tonkasu was ok but the chachu was a bit tough.

It’s always great when Orange County gets another awesome ramen shop. This ramen is legit, but also super unique. I haven’t tried salmon ramen until today and it really works. I had two bowls (portions are a good size, I’m just used to eating two bowls of ramen at a lot of places haha…). The broths are complex, the noodles have a good bite and bounce, and the toppings are all great and add something extra to the bowl. You get 3 types of salmon, one is some fried cubes (super tasty, i eat these first so they stay crunchy), some raw or rare salmon cuts that slightly cook in the hot soup, and some salmon ‘soboro’ (at least thats what it reminds me of) that is very well seasoned and flavored. the broccoli added is also really nice and has a great charred flavor, maybe it’s roasted? Also, the bowls come with a small side of this special paste that tastes amazing as well. Definitely come try it out

I recommend trying the creamy salmon ramen. It was like salmon 3 ways, salmon flakes, deep fried salmon, & salmon sashimi. I substituted the sashimi for more deep fried salmon. It was delicious and something different.
