We ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a Philly cheese steak, everything was delicious generous portions, and reasonable prices. The atmosphere was awesome very laid back. Service was awesome. I can’t wait to try the Argentinian tri tip sandwich

Amazing sandwiches! Fresh ingredients and bread. Super friendly staff. Best sandwich I’ve had in awhile (the Monterey Chicken). Highly recommend

Tried Mundos on a whim and was pleased with lunch! I got the Argentinian tri tip sandwich minus the cheese and tomatoes and with extra chimmichurri. My 7 year old got the BLT and my hubby got the Cubano and all 3 sandwiches were delicious! Only reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 were there weren’t really any side options. Just potato salad or bagged chips. Would have been so much better with fries or something hot on the side. Will definitely be back and 10/10 recommend.

The lady at the counter was nice but very insistent that the dressing did not have any pepper or spice, despite red specks in the sauce that looked much more like red pepper aioli than ketchup aioli. I wasn’t sure why she wanted to play around with a potentially life threatening allergy – we weren’t going to. We decided to pay for another sandwich. They also forgot an extra sauce for my sandwich.

I was visiting Monterey for a conference and needed a quick place to grab lunch. Mundos came recommended as a local eatery. I had the toasted chicken avocado BLT on wheat and the potato salad. The chicken was grilled and the avocado very freshly cut. The other toppings, such as the tomatoes, were farm to table and delicious. The potato salad was homemade and complimented the sandwich perfectly. I highly recommend Mundo’s as a lunch spot when visiting Monterey.

I had the tri tip sandwhich. Let me just say it was the best food I had on my whole trip. We saw one of the workers going back and forth from the back to the kitchen. On one of her trips, she comes back with a bucket full of 30 IBS of freshly smoked tri tip. They smoke all the tri tip, pork, and chicken fresh every day. So, my recommendation would be to get one of those sandwiches. Will seriously change your life.

The Monterey chicken sandwich and potato salad were both yummy. Server was friendly. Solid place to get a ‘not your usual’ sandwich! Drink selection pretty limited.
