I don’t say it often, but…no. Please don’t bother coming here. The feeling, alone, just being there was enough to never return. The food was disgusting, cheap quality, and strangely way TOO HOT! I actually left with a burn! I paid $45 for an adult and 2 kids. We all threw the food away. The customer service didn’t help any. The guy in the front was nice, but it felt as if they pulled him off the street and said to run the register. I asked if he tried certain items, but he said no. As we were leaving, he had his plate at the register counter, eating. For this to be a new establishment, I’m sad! There is so much potential, but this owner/management has completely flopped!

Ordered the jonesy frisco melt and the Doolittle pulled pork sandwich. The sandwiches were decent, nothing fancy. The “chili” was a variation of hot dog chili with no liquid or beans. Just finely ground beef with some kind of spices thrown in. Would not call this part of any sub family of chili. The restaurant itself was clean and quiet. Not busy at all. Tasteful posters of classic country stars hanging on the walls. But no music was being played in the dining room. Nice looking small family run joint. All the staff were wearing masks. I would rate this establishment as a half step above DQ. A good place for a weekend treat. I would return.

I got the pull pork fries with a side of Mac n cheese. My fiancé got a Frisco burger with fries. Everything was hot and fresh. Burger was a little over cooked but fiancé said it was still delicious! Fries are hot and crispy. Will definitely eat here again!

Stop and eat at Music City Grill in Winchester, KY if you’re in the area, but it’s worth the drive if you’re not! Service is super friendly and quick. Super clean and the food is great! Burgers were wonderful. The mozzarella sticks were addictive. The onion rings…perfect. The staff was eager to hear what we thought and were open to any suggestions. We saw the restaurant in passing and wanting to try something new so we took the drive for dinner the next day. Truly fantastic! Definitely eating here more!

Horrible experience. My husband ordered a pulled pork sandwich that was warm at best. My Philly cheese steak was okay, but not great. We asked for two cups for water and we were charged for 2 regular drinks. My husband asked about getting a refund, and the lady working tried to only give part of our money back. We paid $7 for the sandwich and $2 for the water, and they tried giving is $5 and change back. We asked and she gave us two more dollars. She said that it won’t refund taxes charged. When we explained that 7 + 2 = 9, she said she can’t give more money than the register says. Another employee came too help and the first lady finally opened the register and gave us $2 more dollars but took the change. She was very apologetic at first but then was saying she wasn’t going to argue over $2. When we finally left, she then tried to tell us to have.a blessed day. They kid that originally took our order also seemed like he was high off his a$$… We will never be back and will make sure to tell everyone we know to never eat here also.

Traveled all day. Ate here before going to our hotel. We thought it was going to be a Steak ‘n Shake. We were gravely disappointed. I ordered a burger that was smaller than the bun and dried out. My husband ordered Coney dogs and the sauce was dry and hard. Was supposed to be open until 10 but locked the doors after we left at 9. Will never search on line for restaurants again. Will watch road signs.

So I love the food here. Bad thing is the two different times I have gone there I have not recieved everything I ordered. The first time I ordered the three chicken tenders and three wings (they do not give you a drink with this particular combo and they charge over $8 for it), plus on top of that I didn’t get the fries with it. The second time I order the brownie in a cup and didn’t get it… love the food, but will be checking my bag to make sure I get what I am charged.

This is the second time eating here and the food is very good. The process of going through the drive through and ordering takes forever but they did just open. Today however we are still actually hungry after eating the combos. We didn’t get nearly as many fries as we did this time. The first time we got a lot and I mean a lot of fries! I ordered The Jonesey which is a frisco melt but it was totally incorrect as it should be on toast. My husband ordered The Drifter and did not get it at all dressed as he ordered. Not to mention, they are totally removing chicken from the menu one week after opening, which is sad because the chicken was very good. Just don’t want to see such a good place from the first time we ate it already go south.

This was a drive-thru order, but I live less than a 2 minute drive away. None of the food was hot, maybe slightly warm, but not really. The hamburgers were very dry, the buns had a grainy texture that caused them to come apart while eating the burger. The fries would have been good had they not been cold. The fried pickles, a disaster. They were soggy with oil, and I mean as limp as a wet noodle soggy, and again, not hot. The cole slaw was decent. One misstep I understand, but multiple items just not good.
