Nice place, waitress was good. I feel it’s overpriced. I would avoid the fries. The shroom and Swiss sandwich didn’t taste like one because of the lettuce, tomato and onion. It just doesn’t belong on this sandwich. I would come back but order something different.

The loaded fries were terrible, good fries, but a bunch of cheese sauce dumped on them that was so wet it just made soggy fries. The hamburger was over cooked, well done when we ordered medium. They gave me a drink menu with many choices, but after making my choice, I was told they didn’t have it , then they didn’t have my second choice, then they told me they didn’t have over half of items on the menu, so I settled for a $3.00 lemonade and waited until I was done with my meal before getting a refill.

The menu includes a variety of items although somewhat pricey. I had a corned beef sandwich for $14.99 that came with chips, upgraded for onion rings for an additional $2.99. The bread fell apart so the sandwich had to be eaten with a fork. There is an additional charge if you pay with a credit card. There is both inside and outside seating. It was hard to get the attention of the server, possibly due to a musical event that was going on. The band that was there was really great and not too loud. This was a Sunday.

Stopped in for lunch when we were out on a motorcycle ride. Very friendly staff great menu food was good. We shared a corned beef sandwich and we upgraded to a side of onion rings. Onion rings were very good. The corned beef sandwich was average. Bread was a little on the dry side and the corned beef was okay but not the best I’ve had. Nice thing was they’ve got great seating available inside outside. Great selection of draft beers. And it’s one of the few places along Cleveland Massillon in this stretch of the road that you can enjoy food and beverage.

Be careful when the bill comes. I was charged for a double ($16) on a single pour drink (small Old Fashion using well liquor). When I asked about it, it was explained that it was “just how it was done”. To the bartender’s credit, it was changed to a single but it isn’t something I have experienced before and seemed a little shady.
