The inside was beautiful with local sports jerseys and an amazing mural. The service was amazing, all of the staff were kind. I had a large cheeseburger and some steak fries, and they were quite possibly the best burger and fries combo I’ve had. An additional note, this place is visibly popular, but not overly busy. When I went on May 19, 2023, we must’ve seen at least 5 groups of people that we knew from in town. Mustang Lucy’s is a must if you are just visiting, or if you’re a longtime resident of Winnsboro, Louisiana. We spent around $70, but we had a group of four people.

Excellent pork chop lunch with deviled eggs, peas, rice & gravy & bread. I get a salad in place of the peas as my vegetable. We always enjoy this daily lunch special on the Tuesdays that we get it. We sometimes dine in but also take it out. Their Boss salad is great too!

It’s a nice atmosphere for a down home dinner. The meat was seasoned well and the staff was very friendly. I was asked if I needed help on multiple occasions. The scenery is nice and vivid. It’s just an all around good experience. I think the salad could’ve been a little better for the price.

Had me a burger on sour dough bread with onion rings on the side. A really good meal, just the ordering process was a little funky, especially when no one points you in the right direction when you walk in the door. To order you have to go to the front of the main counter.

Ate here several time have had issues with getting food in timely manner but today It took entirely to long to get our food, and it was cold when it finally got there. I understand this isn’t fast food but there is a standard and they do not meet it. Also have to watch the cashier as they will charge you for item you don’t want ie. fries or drinks. Lastly a sign states there is a markup of 4% I believe (for Card users) but cash paying customers will receive a discount. Either their is no mark up and all pay the same or the mark up is there but no discount.. either way fix the issue or take down the sign, Lucy.
