Today was my second experience with Mustang Pizza. First time was just a few weeks ago, had the best Calzone ever. Today, we had a custom, large pizza delivered. Great pizza, superb ingredients, and superfast delivery. Too hot to eat (that never happens with delivery pizza), we had to let it cool. Great product and service!

INCONSISTENT! My family has ordered the same pizza several times from Mustang Pizza but can not get the same pizza. This time it was burnt, veggies we did not order, and lacking cheese. Please have some consistency!!

Dry and burnt pizza. Even ask for extra sauce and the pizza is overcooked and dry. The oven or trays need to be cleaned, have other tastes from food on the bottom crust. Their excuse was that it’s new York style and people ask for light sauce so that’s what they do by default. They don’t tell you because it’s “new York style” which is crap. New York style is completely different crust and still has sauce on it. It is also not cooked in a roller oven, they use a pizza oven.

Saturday I ordered a med. pizza, 2 salads, and a 2 liter root beer it came up to $30.09 I gave the delivery man a tip today (Monday) while checking my on-line banking I noticed Mustang Pizza stuck a $10.00 tip on my bill. I called this morning and talked to the guy who made the excuse they added another customers tip to my bill he didn’t know how to refund the money but they would come by today and give me $10.00 cash. I never heard from them so a little after 8:00 pm I called and talked to a lady who said they had to go to Horseshoe Bay and would bring my money by before 9:00 pm it is now 10:03 and nobody has showed up. The food was horrible (hand toss but was thinner than most thin crust) it was burnt, but I was going to let that slide and never use their service again. Now I have to contact my bank dispute the bill close my account and get another number. Also, I will be pressing charges against this company for adding to my bill without my permission.

What happens? I ate her like 6 months ago and it was really good. Orders it today and it was horrible meat tasted like it was rotten. My kid wouldn’t even eat it. Y’all need to make some changes fast or you may go out of business . good luck 🙁
