Have always loved the mushroom cheesesteak. We called in about a complaint once and since we have had some weird and unacceptable food. First was half the sub was filled with meat, other half empty. We called and they said they only put a certain weight of meat on the sub and must have accidently not gotten spread. How does that even happen? This time, 3 long hairs lined in our sub. Threw it away immediately after pulling it from between my teeth..gross! (This is the main reason we won’t be back, I like to floss but not with employees hairs)

If I could give a 0 star I would. First and last time I will ever order from here. I ordered over 100.00 worth of food. 2xl meat lovers pizzas and 36 wings. We were told our wings didn’t come with dipping sauce. I had to pay for every single one for our wings. I mentioned I wasn’t gonna order from here anymore And was told they didn’t care. Poor customer service. I don’t recommend this place. Very nasty place. My whole family ordered a lot of food for parties and we spend good money. And who tells people they don’t care.

I just ordered from Mustang pizza in chase. I got a BLT SUB.they made the sandwich look like it had bacon on it but check how slick they THOUGHT they were. They put ONE ☝ piece of bacon on the side of the roll to make it look like there was a lot of bacon on my sandwich. UNBELIEVABLE.

We’ve lived in this area for almost 30 years and we’ve been eating at Mustang for most of that time. But, about 6 months or so ago, we got a pizza that was overcooked and not much cheese. It happens sometimes so we overlooked it. Since then we’ve gotten more bad than good. On average I spend around $50 plus a tip usually getting pizza, wings, fries, etc. That’s a lot to us especially when each time something was off. Either the pizza wasn’t great or the wings etc. The final straw was about a month ago we got an extra large pizza, wings and fries and gravy and ended up throwing it away. The pizza had very little cheese, the wings were dry and hard and even the gravy on the fries tasted burnt. I don’t have $50 +to gamble with so we just decided to choose other places. I know some would say I should have just gone back but they would have offered to remake it and honestly, I’m just over it. It’s unfortunate because we’ve always had good service and food from there. Not sure what changed but in today’s world with prices going up we want what we pay for. People are not going to keep throwing their money away.

My wife ordered food for our party. We spent over 100 for our food. 36 wings didn’t come with any sauce and when she asked about it they were rude. She paid over 10.00 for sauces. Staff told her they didn’t care after she mentioned she wouldn’t come back. They already had an attitude when approaching the front to pick up the food. Our family like to throw big parties. Glad we didn’t call in a huge order. We normally spend more pretty much every weekend. They lost quite a few people in our neighborhood. I’ll be sure to mention this to corporate. What a trashy place. If you hate your job so much then leave.

This restaurant is very inconsistent. Sometime the pizza is great, other times it’s made wrong and is disappointing. Sometimes the wings are great, and other times they’re over cooked on the inside and undercooked on the outside. They’re skin is mushy and the meat is hard and gross. Unfortunately they’re the only place that delivers to my house. SMH. I need to just start picking up from somewhere else and stop hanging my dinner dreams on mustang.

Worst cheese steak sub. Very low quality steak, very greasy, too much roll, the very low quality steak was chopped up so small it was more like a ground beef sub than it was steak sub. I could have made a much better cheese steak sub at home. Had MUCH better cheese steak subs so many other places. Definitely will not go back.

Won’t be back ! Extra large cheese pizza with extra cheese , honestly when I picked up box I thought it was empty, thin crust and no sauce or cheese, certainly NO extra cheese like I paid for and French fry bag was half empty, never again will I go back !
