Refreshing to see a new spot in the area that is elevated dining. The space is sleek and modern. The cocktails are well balanced. The wine list is impressive. The food is very good…we had 4-5 dishes between two people. Staff are very friendly and the owner was a gem to chat with.

A 34th anniversary meal deserves to be a memorable one, and MVD delivered! Just an excellent meal, with equally excellent service (Thanks, Steven!) A cozy little dining room, where we never felt rushed, and absolutely felt appreciated. So many items to recommend, but clearly, they update the menu weekly (the empanadas are to die for!). I can’t fault them for the ignorance of the young man at the next table who clearly never learned how to talk in a restaurant without using four-letter words. But that was not enough to ruin what was a phenomenal meal. Thank you, MVD!

This place was fantastic, the vibe was adorable and chill, and the food was great. I came with my family here because we were out of town and WOW. First, the restaurant itself had an adorable bar where you could sit while waiting for your table (the drinks were SO good). The seating was super cute and comfortable as well. Next, the food was delicious and tasty!! It was all served as little dishes, so you could really taste everything without getting too full. My favorite was a delicious salad that was made with goat cheese, dried cranberries, arugula (I think), and candied walnuts. Everyone LOVED the homemade raviolis and chicken (which was battered so nice and was also very juicy). It’s a little expensive but so worth it! Finally, the vibe was just so nice. When we arrived, there were some people behind us, and they stayed longer than we did! I highly recommend this restaurant!! ❤️

Dear lord all I can say!! If your debating going here stop and just go. Explore their vast menu and try as much as you can! We are 12 plates worth and I am food drunk. Full disclosure some items I couldn’t even think about taking pictures before I tried some. We will be back here again and again and again! Service was amazing. Staff and owners are as nice as could be!!

We are foodies and we were on the road for 8 hours before we came upon this restaurant in Wilkes Barre. This is NOT bar food!!! We were seated at the bar and would have been happy there, but they cleared a table for the four of us. I can’t say enough good things about the salads, appetizers and entrees. Save room for dessert, lava cake and crème brûlée. Make reservations if you have time to stop. Not far off hwy 81. Enjoy!
