We are a family owned business bringing Cajun flavors to our home town. Our crawfish, shrimp, and vegetables are cooked with a special blend of spices of our own making! EXCELLENT crawfish! I love the seasoning and the dipping sauce! Just finished 5 lbs right out of the cooker. It was hot, perfectly cooked and seasoned. Cooking crawfish perfectly is an art and these folks are artists!
