Shout out to My place. I came in with 10 minutes to go for a combo. They didn’t have any chicken left. They decided to give me the rest of the ribs with fries and rice for free! Typically, I went to the chicken spot on Bellevue Ave. But started coming here after they closed again from a Gov. Seizure. But after tonight they gained themselves a consistent customer. Thanks for the kindness!

I always order the octopus stew and it is amazing! I look forward to every Thursday when they have it! Staff is very friendly!! I have had the chicken Mozambique as well and it was really good!!! Definitely recommend!!!

The food is awesome !! I go there at least once a week & always greeted friendly .. except for one time I went in & one of the guys were apparently having a bad day he was super rude & grumpy but everyone has bad days once in a while.. never happened again ☺️

Food is really bad. Dont get food from them. Disgusting. They dont even give fork spoon for take outs so u gotta eat ur food with ur fingers i guess And chicken is old i think from yesterday , and nasty pork we didnt ask

This is how they delivered my dinner now I understand the food was hot but they put our little necks in a plastic container that won’t melt why not do the same for the extremely hot fries so my kids won’t have to eat styrofoam and if I’m paying for food I expect it to come in a certain condition.

Its probably the best local spot in New Bedford. A lot of Portuguese food. I honestly only eat fish and chips and cacolia there. With extra sauce. I hear the ribs are good. Lol
