Who would have thought you would find a sushi bar in Jim Thorpe? Friday at 5 pm, and two of us got seated immediately . Sushi Deluxe dinner was excellent, the bento-b box was good. Excellent bartender, too. Parking in town, nearby. If you are in the area and want some sushi selection, stop on in.

Such a cute place right in the heart of Jim Thorpe! Service was great and the food was delicious. The salad’s ginger dressing is one of the best I’ve ever tasted. The sushi was fresh and the hibachi portions were huge. Highly recommend!!

We were traveling with our dogs, so we needed some take out….wow! Super friendly. Clean. The sushi rolls were delicious and the calamari didn’t even make it long enough for a pic. You have to try the drunken noodles!!!Parking is an issue in the whole town, so if you’re gonna grab some beer too…we suggest parking at Highland beverage, call in your order, buy your beer and ASK if you can stay parked while you walk down and grab your dinner. This place is worth the walk!!!!

Myst is a modern, colorful cozy place tucked in a corner on the main drag through Jim Thorpe. They have an extensive sushi menu and hibachi. There are a few other dishes including curry chicken plus appetizers. The food is Good and the atmosphere is unique and intriguing with local artwork hanging everywhere against deep eggplant colored walls. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and services generally very quick. It’s a great place to stop in during your shopping adventures or to swing by if you live locally. There is a small bar there and though they surf hibachi it is not the kind where they prepare it in front of you.

We Just tried to be served. Was seated outside with menus. Both waitresses made eye contact but never came over. After 20 minutes, I made it a point to place our menus behind one of the waitresses. So glad we left for we had scrumptious savory crepes at Ma’s.
