Stopped in for lunch. We got the Bronx bomber with brisket, pickles and other goodies. Would have liked the brisket to be the star and not the pickles. Our antipasto was good with different types of meats and cheese. The star for me was their quinoa salad. It was hinted with curry sweet potato cubes and walnuts. I would go back for that.

The store is beautiful. The presentation the frozen foods is absolutely beautiful too. The line to check out was outrageous even though it is not even spring yet. Very short staffed probably not their fault. Our tuna wrap and Green monster sandwich was top-quality.

This was a place that was 4 stars. Then this happened that I lost all respect for this place. I have many allergies and sometimes hard to eat. Many times I have come in and gotten the same thing every time with one exception please try no onions. A dozen times they have accommodated me no problem. A woman and a man do it literally all the time no problem. Today they refused and said they have never done this for me. Its the only sandwich I get made into a salad. The only one I can eat comfortably. They refused to let me have the salad/ sandwich. Not “We will try or sure no problem like usual or we can put the squash concoction on the side. Just a flat out NO and lied they have NEVER done this. Was I in the twilight zone. JUST BOGGLES MY MIND. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS A loyal customer, someone who tells people to eat here.

I placed an online order at 1:15 on the way to Mystic Market ready to try it for my first time. I drive by it all the time and heard great things. Unfortunately this experience will deter me from ever going again most likely. I ordered one basic sandwich off the menu and it proceeded to take one hour. I arrived and sat there and waited while others who ordered after me got their meals. This continued for 45 minutes. I’m not one to say something while I am there so I waited it out and finally got my sandwich and left. Waiting this long for a sandwich on the go will make me turn to other options that offer a much quicker turn around for honestly the same quality sandwich. Extremely disappointing for a local who loves to try new food.

If you customize your sandwich, half the time they don’t make it correctly. Not sure why. I ordered turkey, cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato, avocado, mayo, salt and pepper. Placed the order online so there wasnt a communication error. I received turkey avocado and salt lol honestly… Felt like they did this on purpose. Like no mayo, no cheese, only salt (went extra heavy on the salt), avocado and turkey…if my job was making sandwiches that order would not seem right and I’d triple check the ticket just out of bewilderment. Not sure what to make of it, but I would stick to the actual menu. Was a nice surprise to open out on the kayak.

Always delicious. Had some amazing chunky and creamy New England clam chowder today, with a yummy turkey wrap. Everything is so fresh, crafted with care. Their baked goods look so amazing. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

We arrived right at the start of the busy time (lunch). The staff was feeling the pressure but they were all very friendly. The wait for 2 sandwiches was pretty short. We got the falafel and hummus wrap and the chicken provolone panini. The panini was missing an ingredient (the spinach/greens) but both were still delicious.

I got a california chicken sandwich to go and it was really large, which was nice. Also very warm. It was delicious, and even though it was stuffed to the brim with sandwich fillings it didn’t fall apart. Loved it!
