Really disappointed. The spinach egg and avocado taco wasn’t good at all. I took one bite and threw away. Zero flavor. The flour tortilla was both totally undercooked translucent and crunchy at the same time. Not sure how that happened And cold. The eggs were flavorless and had the consistency of mashed potatoes. At least the avocado wasn’t brown.

Food was AMAZING!! Now I know San Antonio has plenty of taco trucks, but look no further! They have added a great spike of flavor to some traditional dishes as well as added some taste of some more modern dishes if you will.

First, this place is super popular so expect a little but of a wait but oh my gosh, so worth it! I had a Mexican brisket taco on corn and I could eat this every single day. The brisket was flavorful and tender. The taco was served packed full of meat and the tortilla was tender! My boyfriend had the Angus asada taco and it was melt in your mouth! These tacos are amazing and worth every word of praise they get. The atmosphere here is wonderful, Saturday morning had live music. The coffee place next door smells great too!

This was another joint featured on the “Taco Chronicles”, and luckily for us, they were close by. I chose a egg chilaquiles taco and a asada taco. The chilaquiles taco was quite good. The volume of the taco was hefty, so you definitely get your money’s worth! I personally would of liked the eggs cooked with the chips instead of them being cooked separate, but I get that it does make the taco look a bit more appealing.

First time at this food truck and I was pleasantly surprised! Chilaquiles with Pastor and salsa verde was delicious. Not overly greasy, yet still flavorful. Ingredients looked fresh so that’s a huge plus. Their agua de Jamaica and Lemonade are also worth trying. It’s got to be their own recipe because I’ve never tasted anything like that before. Will definitely be back.

Best tacos I’ve had in San Antonio. The tortillas. The flavourful and tender meat, seasoned wonderfully. $4/taco is normally pricey, but the amount of and quality of meat in each taco definitely makes it worth it.

Noco Food Truck in San Antonio has become my go-to destination whenever I visit the city, thanks to their mouthwatering Mexican Brisquit Taco. This delectable dish has become a must-have for me, and it never fails to satisfy my cravings for authentic Mexican cuisine.
