My company has gotten a few large Naf Naf catering orders and the food was great. I finally decided I’d go myself for dinner and it was honestly kind of gross. Everything took forever. I asked for fresher looking lettuce and the employee said “it was just frozen”. So there you have it, they freeze their lettuce. Never again.

Used to really love this place. Service has gone down. I was told last visit at 7:10pm that “we are out of food…” although food was obviously present… today, I’m told I cannot place an order in person only taking online orders… there was literally no line at all in the store, and the time it took for the explanation my plate could’ve been made… chose to go elsewhere. I’m not sure if I will be returning anymore unfortunately.

First time at Naf Naf Grill and it was pretty good. I think I’ve had their food as catering before, and it was definitely better fresh in person. They have a lot of good options and their chips were pretty good too. What I really like about this place is that it’s location is perfect right smack in center city, so you can take your food and go wherever you want. Will definitely go back for some quick hummus next time I’m passing by downtown.
