I wish I could give this place no stars and close it down. Being a huge paying customer of Love’s but to witness the way this Naf Naf location operates is unheard of. First, I have five different people trying to make my pita. Then when im finally able to enjoy it I notice I have only two pieces of protein inside. Immediately I go inside to try and rectify the situation but I was instantly met with an accusation of wanting to steal extra meat when I had no meat to begin with. After getting what they (Tajuna and manager Q) felt was the “correct amount of meat” I knew I needed to make a formal complaint with the corporate office.

The food was great and the staff was friendly. The falafel was fried fresh in front of us. They don’t put plasticware in the bag so don’t forget to grab some if you need it.

Great food! We had low expectations for a chain restaurant in a gas station, but were surprised by the quality of food. Would have given a higher rating, but service was average and there were a few unchewable pieces in the chicken. However, the food was excellent. The ingredients were fresh and full of flavor; lots of options to choose from. I will remember Naf Naf!

I routinely go here and receive excellent service and food. They are very accommodating to my requests and at the same time keep in line with the company guidelines. It has been my favorite Naf Naf …period. The portions are amazing and food flavorful. Other customers may want to consider showing kindness to receive it.

Sad to see all the negative reviews regarding pricing. It’s expensive to eat out PERIOD, but fresh food is worth every penny. The chicken shawarma I had was so juicy. The staff was fast, efficient, and mostly quiet. All these comments saying the staff is rude- maybe stop and do a self check. Were YOU a complicated customer? Staff is paid to prepare food. They’re not there to shower you with sunshine and joy.

I’m always in the area , been telling myself im going to stop and try it one day , so happen to be today . I have never had middle Eastern food I walked in and said hook me up with what you think is good aslong as its steak . Wow I was amazed food was delicious and the service from that young man and young lady was amazing they broke down exactly what everything was and they nailed it , not sure what sides they mixed in my steak bowl but ill be sure to have it again it was goooood.
