Usually I like Naf Naf a lot! My food has been completely cold the last two times I ordered in the restaurant. This time the pita was old and parts of it were hard and crunchy. I miss when the food came out warm. This location used to be my fav.

Tried it for the first time yesterday and their pick 2 option is great. i chose chicken shawarma & chicken schnitzel which was amazing. Very crisp and flavorful, and the salads were very fresh and glad that the fries are not the usual potato fries. Must try other options soon.

I ordered a pick 2 plate and the woman making my order gave me almost no meat, I paid $16 for a box of rice and lettuce. I only get reasonable portions and service at the location in the mall. Every time I’ve come to the Eden Prairie location I’ve been very disappointed with the service. I feel like I wasted my money.

First time ,order to go,ordered 2 bowls ,then we disided to add 2sides,of humus,which we payed for separately went to the car, before we left I said to check order to make sure we had everything,,no humus they forgot to put in the humus,went back into tell them,it was the manager who checked us out,he said he gave us the humus,we said we will bring the bag in and show,he thought we were looking for something free,or something,he stared yelling,cussing,to get out,or he will call the cops,very valger,and unprofessional,he should not work in a public profession,with that attitude,cops came,we told our story,left with cold food,and will never come back . Worst part my food tasted horrible,stay clear!
