I had a plate which includes Falafel ,Steak Baba ghanoush, rice and Salad with multiple Sauces. The Taste of food was good but it was not hot enough. We did not receive a good Customer service. Specially when you are new , you need more time to choose your food but they were in rush even if nobody was there! They need better leader for communication with their customer in my opinion

Disappointing experience with this restaurant. I was craving Middle Eastern food, and decided to do a takeout order. They had 45 minutes, and didn’t have my relatively small, simple order together when I got there. The two ladies working behind the counter were confused and disorganized. I had Naf Naf Grill a few years ago, and I’m almost certain the Naf fries I got from this location were different. They looked nothing like what’s on the company’s website, and were practically like potato chips. Also, when you do online ordering, “Falafel” shows 4 falafels, but I only got 2. Their “large” hummus isn’t that large either. I whole-heartedly don’t recommend this restaurant. The one in Woodbury just shut down, so maybe the company is dying.

If you love Mediterranean food then you have to visit Naf Naf Grill. Located in the Arbor Lakes Shopping Area. Surrounded by shopping smalls and movie theater. Good food, quick service and reasonable pricing. Vegetarian options are plenty. If you love spicy food try their green and red sauces, they are great !
