They’ve skimped so much! The portions are half of what they used to be for the same if not more money. Honestly won’t be going back. They should be ashamed of the money grab changes they’ve made.

Food is great since coming here I have tried other similar restaurants and nothing comes close to this place. The meat is great and the red hot sauce they have is incredible. Everyone here is very nice and the place is very clean. I tend to get the pita with steak in it and the steak is incredible. They are also super generous with the fillings.

Naf Naf Grill in Lincolnshire is in a nice safe strip mall. It offers ample parking directly on the side of the building. It also has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating with a fair amount of space between tables. This was my first time trying Naf Naf. The food was fresh but they were too miserly on sauces and only give you 1 of the 4 different sauces they offer. If you want more or to try another flavor than just that 1 little tiny container they tell you it’s an extra cost! It was only after requesting to try another different sauce 2 times that they let us have 1 other with our full “pick 2 plate”orders. The purple cabbage salad option was way overly salted and after 2 bites I couldn’t eat anymore. I would suggest that whoever is making these items to taste it first before rendering it ready to go for the days lunch crowd. The cucumber tomato salad on the pick 2 plate was a good accompaniment with the meats. I selected chicken sharwma and steak. Both meats were ok (no taste) but decently proportioned. The rice was ok but lacked any real flavor. The large hummus was good however there was no olive oil, sumac, smoked paprika or any garnish on the top of it. Although it tasted very good, the picture on the order board wall shows olive oil and sprinkling of spice. We also ordered a large baba ganoush which had a nice creamy flavor with a smoky hint. Pitas were freshly made, fluffy and tasty. The falafels were excellent too; light, fluffy and great flavor with the tahini dip that was with my plate. Portions were very good. Staff was friendly but could have not been so strict and stingy about only allowing 1 little tiny sauce with the plate and everything else I ordered coming to a $30 lunch bill! The place was very clean as was the prep areas. I recommend the falafels and I would probably only order the sandwich not the plate for lunch if I ventured here again. All in all good experience.

I love the Naf Naf Grill chain, but had a sub par experience at this location. Falafels we’re literally made right after I ordered which meant they were perfect. But the steak was dried out, bottom of the tray, and they forgot to give me my pita. Will go back, they just need a little help.

Baklava was not wirth finishing. The rest of the food was great. Service was great. Would have left 5 stars if Baklava was better. Can’t be a great med restaurant with sub par Baklava. Cilantro sauce was great and the hummus was spot on. All considering it was fast food.

Absolutely delicious. Tons of vegetarian options. The Naf fries are out of this world. Falafel, hummus, baba ghanoush, and various salads were amazing.

Kelsey was there to greet us in the door. Helped us order and asked us if we needed anything. Food is same for all locations. But service was different here, in a good way. Keep it up team! Going to start coming back here due to customer service

Definitely an upgrade from Chipotle!!! And healthier!!! The app is amazing as well, easy to use and every time I order online my order is ready and fresh when I come in!!! Gotta Naf it up!!!

The sides of pickles and cucumber/tomato salad is ridiculously priced at $4.80 each. These “sides” are in a tiny 2 oz cup that’s not shareable, barely for one person. Almost $5 for several pickles is a joke. The salad bowl tasted fine, small portion sizes of the protein. They also left out the “free” pita.

Food used to be average, now it is becoming quite bad. I took a picture of the Falafel that they sold me today. Decide for yourself of this is “Falafel”. It is awful. The staff makes up new rules every time we come to get something! Including:
