Nagoya is a small restaurant needing to be thoroughly cleaned from front door ceil and back! I did NOT see one Japanese person. I told cashier that it was my first time, but she rushed me to order! I ordered the 10pcs shrimp hibachi that was plain bland with no taste, the sauce I did not use, I tested sauce but so sweet to cover up poor quality of food! $17 meal had 2 small scoops of suppose to be fried rice that was horrible with 2 tablespoons of veggies! The 3 piece Crab raccoons were nasty, they must take a knife and tap with crab filling inside bcuz it’s all crust! This food was awful, a waste of my $, and I don’t understand how they received 4.5 stars! This restaurant is an absolute no, don’t eat there! My stomach started aching right after eating! RIP OFF! Disgusting!

I have been a customer since the place opened. I usually place the order online. The past couple of times I’ve eaten there, the food has tasted kinda weird. Maybe they’re not using good oil anymore, or they’re digging thrown away vegetables out of the trash for reuse lol. Whatever it is, they need to get back to the way they used to do stuff. Been eating here off and on for 6 years but the last year it’s NEVER consistent. Today they fixed the food wrong and then blamed us so after 6 years they lost a customer and according to the brat that answered the phone they don’t care. What a shame.

We have a regular routine of ordering from this quaint and delicious restaurant anytime we feel the craving for Japanese food! The service is always top notch and we go so often the amazing staff up front know exactly how we like our pick up order! Highly recommend!

Aside from nearly getting t-boned by another car in the parking lot every time I’m here, it’s great. The food tastes better than not having to file a claim with my insurance company. I know the food is so good that you’ll speed here to eat, but drive safely.

Located by McDonald’s and dollar tree. Not really an area I would want to be late at night, however, the sushi was fairly good as was the chicken teriyaki. It seemed like they take a bit to make food so we ended up waiting a while. But even though they weren’t really busy at the time, they had a steady stream of pickup orders. This was actually the second time eating here. The steak and chicken teriyaki is also good. Last time the restaurant was dirty so I found it much improved this time. Everyone there was friendly and helpful.
