I had a wonderful experience at Naija Eatery. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was great, and the customer service was top notch. The owner and manager were very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make sure each customer was truly satisfied. The portion of food I received was mind blowing. My leftovers were another meal on its own. If you have not been to Naija Eatery, you’re truly missing out!

OMG!!! Ok so first let me tell you! I never tried Nigerian food so this was my first time. Me and my friend went to another restaurant first but the service when we walked in wasnt so good so we left. I do not like eating where service is not top notch. So then we drive to Naija!!! Soon as we walked in we could smell the aroma coming from out of the kitchen however we were greeted with smiles and hugs!! Marvin kept bringing food out for us to try and EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS!! EVERYTHING!!! Marvin Your Mom is the best OMG!!! SHE DID HER THANG!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ We’re so full and enjoyed every bit of the food and conversation!! My friend will be back later for his pies!! Customer service was Awesome and you guys are God Sent!! Thank you so much for this experience!!!

The lady working the front desk was really nice. Someone came from the back and spoke as well. Every welcoming. I got the vegetable soup with goat and pounded yam. Everything was fresh and hot. The portions were more then enough. I have it three stars because the vegetable soup could have had more flavor and the goat could have been tender. The plantains were super good and fresh.

I have been a customer of Naija Eatery since they have opened and they continue to deliver amazing service and delicious food. This week however, I was particularly blown away. This restaurant always had an amazing “part-of-the-family” atmosphere, with the perfect vibe of Afro beats. However, this time, I brought my cousin from out of town to try Nigerian food and they went above and beyond. Not only did the owner Marvin check on us regarding the spice level of the food, but we felt absolutely catered to. They truly care about their customers and strive for providing an amazing dining experience. I never pick from the menu, I let them make suggestions and I have NEVER been disappointed. From the stew chicken, to jollof rice, plantain, suya, jerk wings, and my new favorite; the grilled fish with the fish sauce . I asked them for extra fish sauce so I can take it home and continue to put it on other meats It was out of this world!!! Omg, and I cannot forget Marvin’s meat pies. I would call ahead to make sure they have some left over, because they sell out FAST! Chef Christy is amazing. She will even make some of her recipes with the spice toned down (for those who cannot handle too much heat) if you call ahead. You can tell Chef Christy delights in bringing her traditional passed-down recipes to the restaurant and putting smiles on all her customers that come from all over! This place is truly a gem! Mom and pop feel with the best Nigerian food in Houston!
