First time visit. Staff was super welcoming and made a few recommendations. Brisket (lean) was tasty as was the mac-n-cheese. Creamy slaw was not bad. If you want to jazz it up ask for 2/3 creamy slaw with 1/3 Carolina slaw, mix, eat.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – 2 Meat Platter with pulled chicken, sliced brisket, mac and cheese, and beans. Also ordered half a rack of ribs to try a bit of everything. The half a rack came with 7 ribs and was super juicy. The ribs didn’t have much taste by itself but the sweet and spicy barbecue sauces were great to help add to the meat without being overwhelming. The pulled chicken was a bit dry so we were disappointed. The sliced brisket was very fatty along the bottom edge which was needed since the top edge was on the drier side as well. The mac and cheese could use more cheese as we tasted mostly the grated pepper. The beans were pretty good. The corn bread had actual corn in it and was delicious

I’ll give it 5 stars but it’s not quite the best in the Valley. It’s definitely a step up from a place like Dickies, but not the best BBQ ever. Brisket was a little dry, slaw was a little bland. Muffin and pulled pork were pretty good.

Stumbled upon this place while waiting for the Scottsdale Trolley, and oh boy was that kismet. Truly delectable pulled pork with just enough burnt ends included was made even better when dipping it bite by bite into their sweet BBQ sauce. I had never heard of Carolina Cole Slaw and they ley me try a bit before committing to it, and it’s delicious with a vinegar base as opposed to mayonnaise. The beans were good but a little watery, also made better when dipped in the BBQ sauce. The true standout was the corn bread though, with whole kernels in almost every bite it tasted like southern love and is why I’ll come back as soon as I can. Looking forward to trying the brisket and/or the ribs next time.

We came to NakedQ with a real estate group I am involved with that supports local restaurants. I have to say this is one of the very best barbecue places I’ve ever been to, and now I’ve been back three times… I highly recommend the chopped brisket and the mac & cheese obviously if you see the pictures you’ll see why! Don’t forget the Banana Pudding… Hands down the best BBQ I have ever had. Enjoy

Great pulled pork sandwiches. Have warm sauces so you can put on what you like and just the right amount for you! Sides are large and tasty. Peach pie tonight was just coming out of the oven. Covert with whip cream. Wonderful meal ! Not the first time nor last!

2 meat platter with sliced brisket, chicken, corn bread, Mac, and beans. Brisket was yummy, but a bit fatty. Chicken yummy, but a little dry. I mixed spicy and sweet sauces and they were devine! Mac was a little disappointing, needed to be cheesier. Beans were good . Corn bread was great, but a bit small.Also had a Juicy Jack beer, drinks happy hour special 3-6 daily, half price beer and wine. They didn’t have wine the day I went. I also did the mini peach pie for dessert. I was a little disappointed, favored the taste of canned peaches to me personally. It was ok, but the price was reasonable at $2.50 for your own personal pie . I bought a giant cookie for $2 for my kids, that I took home. Overall, very good food. I want to go back to try the banana pudding! Staff was also super friendly and the person helping me helped me decide what to get.

Had a craving for some BBQ and found this little gem of a spot! Came in for lunch and boy was I surprised, nice decor and it smelled amazing walking in! I got the two meat plate with Turkey and Brisket and I was taken by surprise! They have all the traditional sides and the meat was tender and juicy! Will definitely be back & recommend to anyone that enjoys BBQ!
