My buddy and I ended up splitting a chicken parm and Greek salad… it turns out the BYO salad does not stand for Bring Your Own. The staff had a good laugh at that and they were very accommodating. We didn’t make a reservation in advance but they got us a table with a decent view right up front. The xfinity wifi from the First Watch next door is kind of weak so I took a star away for that only. All in all, there were plenty napkins, the restroom attendant had plenty of mouth wash options to choose from and this Jongen was reasonably satisfied. #bigbackpack #pbboyzbackatit #thewhacker

I visited this location today to take a vantage of the their Tuesday special, the buy one, get one. I told the young lady before I placed my order that I would like the two-for-one and chose those to be two salads and she said nothing in response as she was clearly tired and unenthusiastic about her job. The entire time as she prepared my food her performance was sloppy. I asked for two eggs per salad and per usual an egg slicer is used to cut the eggs proportionately, but she couldn’t find it so she used a random knife from the counter behind her (only God knows if it had previously been on the floor or had any type of contaminates upon it) and quite rudely she cut the eggs in her hands as she spoke hostilely to her coworkers in Spanish. I can only assume that due to my casual appearance and maybe even my race, she gathered that I would not understand her conversation between them, but unfortunately for her, Spanish is my second language.

Been coming here for years and loved it but I must say that in the past year and especially 6 months the place has really gone downhill as far as customer service and food. The workers are super rude and the price for the food is not worth it anymore. wont be back to this one at least.

I go to this Nalley fresh all the time, so I’m sad to finally leave this review, but as a new plant-based eater, I really appreciate a little bit of patience when ordering, and the young man that is typically they’re serving bowls is very impatient and a bit rude Every single time that I’m there. Great place and good. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I always thought it was a salad place but the teriyaki chicken and Loren bbq is awesome and a ton of food. Everything is fresh, lots of choices, good music, just a great place for lunch.

The salads are my favorite thing here! I love that no matter how many times you come you can always get something different. The line prep servers here are always nice. Do be sure to bring a jacket if you’re eating there in the winter becuase there isn’t a double door to trap the heat in.
