Manager Nino. He needs a shout-out for outstanding professionalism, patience and capacity dealing with an online order for a business meeting that could have been a disaster but ended well and the problem was solved. I met him at the Baltimore Nally Fresh but later learned he is a manager at this Hunt Valley location and just happened to be in the city the day of our order issue. Turns out, they have a new system and wasn’t online. Nino didn’t miss a beat. He mobilized the Baltimore staff to pull together our very large order, took my number and followed up after researching and resolving the issue. Thank you Nino and Nally Hunt Valley for sourcing good people.

I’ve ordered curbside 4 time, two of those times they have ever completely left out the meat or only added one of the two meats. The food is healthy/good, but seems there are problems with filling the orders correctly.

Placed a delivery order through DoorDash and I receive the worst meal I’ve ever gotten from Nalley fresh. I actually ordered double protein and there was barely enough to fill to Fork fulls. Most of the dinner ended up as greens 2/3 of the ingredients that were supposed to be included were forgotten. I understand we all have bad days but when I called to address it nothing was done when I tried to communicate with DoorDash they were also unwilling to respond. Thankfully there are many other options in the area that offer delicious and affordable healthy food.

Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this build your own bowl turns out to be just a regular salad. I was hoping for great flavor from the grilled chicken but it taste like the processed chicken from the Giant’s salad bar. Yes the veggies are fresh but nothing special or flavorful that made my tastebuds want to return…

Arrived at this location with in minutes of them closing. We received no fuss, no attitude just three friendly people who were willing to help us. Even gave my two year old a fruit cup just because. I can not say enough about how refreshing in today’s world it was to get such amazing customer service!! We will be life long customers.

We love Nally Fresh! Everything tastes amazing and it is so healthy. We love that it is allergy and vegan-friendly too. They offer tofu as protein and vegan broths and dressings. This is our go-to for a quick bite for lunch or dinner. My only complaint is i wish they had gluten-free bread.
