RUN! 18% mandatory tip and below average taste. Pho 75 and pho street are much cheaper and better.

(4/5) I like their veggie pho with beef broth. The server was amazing and accommodating. I take out from this place during my lunch breaks and they are pretty fast at preparing order. I would not say it is authentic viet place, but good place to try.

Service is good and pho is ok, but the short ribs I got is overcooked/burnt. The server kindly offered another half dish of short ribs, but once again, half of the ribs are not over cooked. Probably I am over cautious, but consuming burnt meat generate risk for cancer.

the inside was gorgeous but that may be one of the only pros. we ordered the garlic noodles with grilled shrimp. the shrimp had flavor, but to get six small pieces of shrimp for six dollars is ridiculous. they also added 18% gratuity, so this one dish ended up being $22, which it is absolutely not worth. it was food i could have easily made, honestly. if you’re going to pay THAT much, might as well go somewhere actually authentic.

Avoid at all costs. After their forced tip a bowl of pho is $20. Huge rip off as some spots in Chinatown you can get a bowl of better quality pho for nearly $10. I live 1 block away and take the train into the city instead of eating here anymore. Would have more respect if they were honest and put $20 on the menu instead of hiding part of the cost in gratuity

Ignore everyone complaining about a mandatory 18% tip for dine in. The food is incredible, especially the short rib or grilled pork banh mi and wings.

lunch combo is just ok but not worth the mandatory 18% tip. Gratuity is by definition optional. Forcing people to pay it turns it into a predatory fee.

We love a good oxtail pho moment Such a good monthly pho special that they should swap out the short rib pho for oxtail permanently!

First impression was the ambience which was wonderful. Ordered the pho lunch special and coffee. The pho broth isn’t as deep and layered as other establishments. However it is a cleaner broth with more familiar and higher grade cuts of meat. The summer roll was mushroom based which was interesting but delicious. The coffee was in a drip form and made at the table. Just wish I had a few ounces more. As for service I was with a gentleman who was still learning the ropes. (Had to reminded to bring out water, forgot the drink that came with the special, then charged us extra for the drink, etc.) Hopefully, he will be more familiar with the menu and how a restaurant works. Other than that, the service was wonderful, food was good quality, and very picturesque.
