Wow! One of the best Korean Resturant I have ever tried! The kimchi sizzler was amazing she recommended the best noodle soup for our son since he is the fan of ramen, she also recorded the strawberry milk which we ended up buying more for later! The owner gave my son two pack of choco pie for free! Food and service were both phenomenally great! I am gonna be back soon

Nama is my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant in the East Bay. I’ve been to the Walnut Creek and Pleasant Hill locations. Pleasant Hill is easier for parking. Both have a casual atmosphere great for the family or lunch with coworkers. The crunch California roll is to die for. I also really enjoy their udon. Husband likes the different rolls, and the kids enjoy teriyaki and yaki soba.

Everything was soggy. Kind of over priced. Tables are sticky and it didn’t feel very clean. The waiter also wont clear plates as you finish them. This is kinda the Burger King of sushi places. You can get way better sushi and service elsewhere

Great food. Great service. Though a little slow due to being shorthanded.

One of my favorite sushi places in Walnut Creek. Great variety of rolls and other food options like ramen. Last time I went the rolls were cut into weird sizes (some were almost double size some were small some were normal) but it still tasted great! Sometimes they give you less fish than other times but it’s still good compared to other places. Been going to this place for the last 4 years and it never disappoints.

Nama Sushi is a decently busy sushi place. It has really good food, ok prices, but not-so-good service. One thing that they can defiantly improve on is the menu. My family member ordered something that wasn’t labeled as spicy, but it turned out to be VERY SPICY. Over all I rated 2 stars because of slow service.

I ordered to go it was very quick and the food was very tasty. I ordered a couple of sushi rolls and they were absolutely delicious. It’s kid friendly also as I was able to order some chicken teriyaki plates for my kids. I would say that one child track and feed two kids ages 5-9; plan accordingly.

I live nearby and used to like this place; decent food at a good price. Lately, prices have jumped over 50% and the quality of the rolls, which was never amazing, has gone down. In short, mediocre and overpriced. Luckily, there is no shortage of better sushi places just a couple blocks away in any direction.

First time to this location after moving into the neighborhood. Ordered a deluxe bento with gyōza and tonkatsu and a caterpillar roll on the side. Everything was super delicious! The gyōza was especially good, much better than most I’ve tried. Everything else was quite tasty also, and service was polite and checked up on us as often as was needed.

I am saying this with love because this is one of my favorite Japanese restaurants. But for some reason, today’s food was a disaster. I ordered my favorite Grilled salmon kama bento and usually, they were generous with salmon kama and cooked perfectly, I somehow was happy they didn’t put 2 pcs this time because the fish was so greasy, it is not grilled, even if the server said it was, I know because like I said I always order this. The salad has no dressing. Their presentation is really bad. There are lots of customers and they only have 2 servers. One server looks so tired and sick. I feel bad for her.
