We were attracted to Nan Noodles for their crossing the bridge noodle soup. We tried that, and their braised beef noodle soup, they were both very good. We were impressed with the noodle, the soup, and the flavor. The spicy wonton, on the other hand, was a disappointment, we wouldn’t get that again. The size of the braised beef noodle was also on the small side, would love a bigger bowl since the flavor was outstanding. Overrall, we think this is a good experience and would go back if we are in the area.

Food is 10/10. The flavors of the noodle soup are authentic to the tee. The fried spicy potatoes are so tasty, super crispy on the outside and flavorful on the inside. The service is however a bit rushed, which is strange as the restaurant at the time is was not busy at all – plenty of empty tables and no line waiting. Regardless, will come back again.

I ordered the Braised beef noodle, it was delicious! My buddy ordered the Yunnan small pot, it was soooooooo yummy that we had to order one more to go! Overall, wonderful service from the staff! They explained everything well. Thanks for the great service and welcoming environment! Definitely coming back soon!

It was our first time here, and we will be back to try their other beef noodles. The broth wasn’t the best of the cross the bridge noodles weve tried, plus the water tasted like soap because it prob wasnt washed properly, and would be 4.5 stars if I could. However everything else was good enough for me to not take a star off. The waitress! She was probably one of the best Ive had, she was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly, and gave honest recommendations. She treated us as if we were long time friends and it was our first time there. She was the only one there during dinner time, we were pretty much the only ones there at first but the place quickly filled up and she had to run around all the tables by herself. She said she wasnt expecting it to get this busy and apologized even though she was still very attentive. She still managed to smile and keep the exact same friendliness as when we were the only ones there, and did not get frustrated like most people would have in that situation. Also the portions were generous, and they were kind enough to switch pork (we dont eat pork/ham) with other veggie dishes instead without a hassle. We had a good experience and cant wait to go back! 🙂

The most delicious noodles in Seattle!! Everything tastes soooooo good. I’m surprised by the soup because it’s really tasty. All the food ingredients are fresh here. Moreover, the servers are thoughtful and friendly; especially, the shortest girl. I definitely will come back again and again and again.
