What a great little food cart!!! Absolutely delicious!! I had the pansit and veggie lumpia, YUM YUM YUM! My partner had the chicken adobo, also super delicious! I cant wait to go back and try everything else!!! R-Beth is super friendly and provides great customer service!!

Delicious! So happy to have this option of Filipino food in Taos. The chicken adobo was so good! Super tender and tasty. We also had the veggie egg roll and banana dessert. All excellent. We will be back.

I saw several hand written neon poster board signs leading me to Nana’s and Papa’s. Absolutely stoked I decided to follow them. I had the pork adobo and it was so damn good. Like stop everything else to savor this moment good Service was fast and super friendly. Great experience all around.

This place is amazing. Real true home cooked Filipino food. The pork adobo I had was outstanding, really great flavor, very authentic and perfectly balanced, definitely made with love. This is easily some of the best and most authentic food I’ve had in the Taos area. If you haven’t tried it already you have to!!!

Nana and Papa are genuinely good people which makes you want to love their food…and it does not disappoint! Intense flavors that meld so well together. The pork curry and stewed pork short ribs were incredible. The lumpia are perfectly fried. Tender meat that falls apart. All the things you want from a food truck off a highway. Can’t wait to come back!
