Overall, the service was excellent, and the wait time to receive my order was reasonable. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. My order arrived promptly, but unfortunately, the fries were served cold, and the bacon was severely undercooked, making it inedible.

This particular Nancy Jo’s has been consistently good. Food is good, service is good. Only complaint is that every time I’ve been in there this summer, this restaurant is always hot. The location on Market St is an absolute joke. I literally drive past the Market St location to get to the Lancaster location because the Market St location is that bad.

Very happy with the food here very happy with the cooking staff here always makes my burger really good…really disappointed with the employee not letting me do an order to go without charging me for a mask to pick up my food… I had to wear a mask to pick my food which is fine but then I look at my receipt later and then find out that I had to pay 50 cents more for a mask when all masks should be complementary to the customer especially when the business requires it. I can probably change my review later..

We love all of Nancy Jo’s restaurants. It reminds us of the old-time diners. The smell is amazing, and when you see all of the boxes of potatoes, it shows that they are fresh, not sent in frozen. Yum! Don’t even get me started on the burgers. All I can say is that everything in Nancy’s is fresh, made to order, and ooooooo, so good!
