I hate how much this restaurant has gone downhill. I used to love ordering it for convenience because you can order online and it is supposed to be ready at the time you set. This is no longer the case. The last few times I have ordered online, hours in advance, they do not have the order ready when I show up to grab it. They then act incredibly inconvenienced. This last time I ordered around 2 pm for a 4:30 pickup and then had to wait until 5 at the store to leave with my food. The guy made excuses that they were busy but there was hardly anyone inside and they had other online orders ready before mine even though I was the only one waiting. This is insane, do not offer online ordering for specific times if you cannot accommodate that. My Cajun fries also always only have seasoning on the top layer. The burger patty was significantly smaller and more like a hockey puck than it used to be.

This place is so good. Stopped here for lunch. Was deciding between here and In-n-Out and I’m so glad I came here. Burgers are 10x better as well as their home made fries. The secret sauce is bomb!!!! I ordered a double bacon burger, fries, and drink and was only $12. Food was plentiful. Highly recommend!! Will be back!!!

Burger and the fries were little too salty. Older folks have to watch that most of the time, maybe ask for no salt. Great toppings on Surprise Buger. Tasty fry sauce. Would go back.

Placed an order online, when I arrived there was a little bit of a line, no worries there. I didn’t even have to ask for my order, the guy said “for ian”? I said “yep”. He said, “thank you for waiting”, I said “no problem”. Food was still nice and hot, even when I got home, 10 minutes later.

Used to have really great burgers that competed with another chain just like it. Recently the quality is not what it used to be. Still a tasty burger but not a draw anymore for me. Service staff was friendly but a bit too slow (20+min wait)for me these days as well.

What a difference. The guy working the front was super friendly. The burger was the best Nancy Jo burger I’ve ever had. It’s way better than the one on commercial st. I’d drive from South Salem to eat here. This place is superb.

Came in here a few months back I forgot to leave a review but my wife was wearing a Black Lives Matter t shirt and we we’re trying to order food standing there for more than 8 mins the lady didn’t even look at us or speak to us at all and that’s crazy it’s 2023 and this is what we deal with still? This is so sad that we couldn’t even get a order in and literally stood there as long as we could until we just left due to being ignored I don’t remember her name but what she did was not ok we were just trying to order food.
