Super disappointed. Stopped here because it was busy and seemed like it would be a tasty bite. Ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a vanilla milkshake made with chocolate syrup which was confusing considering they have chocolate ice cream, when I asked apparently they have two kinds of milkshakes and I was supposed to know to order with actually chocolate ice cream. Instead of just fixing it and giving me what I ordered they rather give me a refund which is fine even though I offered to pay the difference and I gave the drink back… I’ll grab one from somewhere with better customer service. Also, what is this mess!? Like I paid for this and this is how you give it to me. I should have gotten a refund on everything

Nancy’s was the best ice cream I’ve had. I tried Oinks but Nancy’s is way better ice cream. Their chocolate peanut butter is to die for. The staff was amazing too. So kind and friendly and cared for my dog as if she was their own. I cannot say enough about it! It was our first stop when getting into town, and it did not disappoint.

Shakes are Very good. But the matzorella sticks? We’re so bad we couldn’t finish them; the marinara sauce was like a salsa, the cheese tasted awful, and they were undercooked or they forgot them and they were mostly solid cheese by the time we got them. Tbh if you need to eat, I suggest a meal elsewhere and ice cream here (bubblegum is the best flavor and they have it unlike most places!!)

Been here a couple times now that Oinks doesn’t serve Sherman’s anymore. Nancy’s sells hudsonville ice cream, which I have been quit pleased with. The portions are decent and they have a nice little outdoor seating area too.

We ordered a kid’s scoop of Raspberry Frozen Yogurt and a double scoop – one scoop each of Vanilla & Tennessee Toffee. It ended up being almost the same amount in each bowl. Too much for the smallest size you can order and not enough for the other. It was right under $11 and it was just okay. We ate some and ended up throwing the rest away. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
