Quality of the food was excellent, was ready when I got there! No mess ups on the tricky half and half pizza. Only suggestion; chill the ranch and give napkins with wings. This was mid range good bang for your buck deep dish. The wings were of higher quality for the price, than I expected. Would definitely order again.

This pizza pie shop reminds me of home. My beautiful country Italy is made proud by this infamous locally owned restaurant. My little ones love the pizza, and they have a wide range of options outside of just your typical sausage and pepperoni. I must be careful as the belt on my pants cannot handle my appetite.

We use to eat from these place very frequently …now seems its under new management… either I get my order wrong or when they deliver my pizza is all over the place …This was my favorite place …. Plus they made mistakes and all they say its sorry they need a new strategy to keep their customer’s….

Apparently, this location is under new ownership, now weighing everything per corporate specification. Translation… our inch and a half deep dish wasn’t very deep. As in the ingredients and cheese were MIA. Barely half an inch.

I have dealt with a lot of pizza restaurants. Most recently Giordano’s in Oswego. Which for the money neither taste good. Nor are they as polite and professional as the Nancy’s staff. Right up the street. Until now I haven’t been impressed. First I called late within ten minutes of closing. The young lady on the phone was bright and pleasant. She was a complete professional. Taking the time to genuinely thank me for choosing their Nancy’s. She took my order and even though I got there just after close. I was greeted promptly with a smile and thank you again. The pizza was great and I won’t be going back to the competition. And thanks to the young lady who took my order. This will be my Nancy’s going forward. Keep up the great work!

Tonight we ordered a sandwich and pasta for pick up from the Nancy’s next to Big Apple andWendy’s. .We were told 30-35 mins. We got there about 40 mins after the order was placed and they said they hadn’t started it yet and we could either wait or not because there’s nothing they can do. I asked for a manager. They said there wasnt one. I called and asked for a manager. I was connected to a young boy who claimed to be the manager and after explaining why I was calling, he hung up on me. I called back, waited 5 mins to be transferred again and he said “the order is being finished” and hung up again. It’s an hr and 27 mins later, still no food. We paid and they apparently cant for refunds without a manager. I’m not sure what’s going on but I think we’re out $39. Do NOT recommend!
