Wow… That really sums it all up. I’m in Roselle for work, and have always wanted some truly authentic Chicago style deep dish. Everything about this pie is perfect. The sauce is sweet, savory, and tangy. The ingredients taste fresh and flavorful. The crust is just…. Perfect, I don’t know how else to describe it. This is true Chicago-style stuffed pizza. When they say “stuffed”, be prepared for each slice to weigh almost 1/2 lb. I’m a big fan of Chicago style, so I loved it. I’d highly recommend for cheese lovers.

Ordered a pizza at 6:30 via Grubhub, was given a notification at 7 saying Nancy’s is preparing the order. 1½ hours pass and still no pizza. We decide to call Nancy’s to check the status of the pizza, no one picks up. We tried calling about 5 times in 30 minutes to see if anyone would eventually pick up. Contacted Grubhub and they said no other choice but to get a refund.

I don’t wanna bash it because it was decent pizza, but to me it was just a poorly made version of Giordano‘s. Plus very expensive, Very soggy crust and dare I say way too much cheese. I did order a pepperoni and there was maybe 10 slices on the whole pizza. I wouldnt buy this again. It was not a good value.

Called for a pick up. Girl on the phone was knowledgeable and pleasant. At the store, pizza was ready and again the staff was friendly. I was on my way back home in no time. The pizza was nice and hot and delicious. I know they have other items on the menu like sandwiches and pastas. I’ll definitely try those since the pizza was great. Highly recommend.

Ordered a $35 deep dish, It was delivered to our house and half of the pizzas cheese slid over because of the idiot driver. So we send it back, the OWNER calls my wife and says she is a liar and the pizza was fine??? why she ordered from this dump idk but we will never order this overpriced garbage again.
