A group of 3 of us had our 1st experience dining here. We all had a good experience, our food was yummy, & the service was great. I thoroughly enjoyed interacting with the staff, there were 2 in particular. Our waiter was a nice man who was attentive and kind. I’m not exactly sure what her responsibility was here, but the woman that seated us & checked on us also was great fun. She would check on things, but then make sarcastic comments that got us all started. If I didn’t come back for the yummy food, I would come back to mess with her cuz she’s fabulous. The only negative I can think of is that the chairs are hard with zero cushion. Good customer service is not just being professional & politically correct, but is more meaningful when it’s fun & has a personal flare. This experience was like the Anna small town feel that we have come to miss around this expanding town. This personal connection aspect gets lost with town expansions & influxes of people, so it’s refreshing to find pockets of it still in Anna.

Great service. The food was okay. Not as flavorful as I would have hoped. The rice and refried beans were subpar. The enchiladas average. The drinks are overpriced 2.99 for an soft drink/tea. To top it off there was a 1.10 charge for paying with a credit card. Most people don’t carry cash these days. But even if they did, being charged to pay with a credit card is not at all acceptable.

1st time going and it was amazing! The food was great , the waitress was very sweet and good with my kids, owner was very kind and even brought me a small margarita for National Margarita Day. I was sad to see there was no customers even on a Wednesday night. We will definitely be back to support this wonderful family owned business.

Don’t be fooled by the unassuming nature of this place. We almost were. Wonderful service for starters. The food is simple but extremely well made. Nothing fancy, just good wholesome Mexican comfort food. We live 30 mins away but we will make it a priority to return when we can.
