For a ramen place, I would personally go for the rice bowl because there was a lot of protein. Ramen itself was decent, nothing special. Pay and order by QR code and asked to tip before you get your food. You don’t even interact with the server outside of them preparing and handing you food so I don’t know why you need to tip.

It’s getting tough competing with all of the other Ramen Restaurants. Tonkotsu Ramen is how you would expect, but doesn’t stand out. Atmosphere is a little odd, it’s like sitting in a fish bowl.

Small place with limited seating. Portions are a bit small in my opinion. The white ramen was flavorful. My friend’s Al pastor Ramon had more flavor. The pork/chashu bowl had a BBQ sauce that was a bit tangy, we had mixed opinions about the sauce. My son liked it, my friend didn’t!

The menu only have two kind of ramen. White ramen and black. Being the more adventurous one, I ordered black which has squid ink while my spouse ordered white. They broth flavor is fantastically rich and flavorful. My only complaint is the squid inks, though gives a broth a deep rich flavor, left the broth a bit grainy.

OMG! This is my new favorite place. We went for the first time on Friday night and it was so good, we were back again THAT Monday!

Ramen was very flavorful. A very good interpretation of fusion. Noodle texture was nice and consistent, broth had a good balance of salt, and toppings decorated it well and added quite a bit of flavor but not too much. Customer service was minimum though. 4/5

This is our 5th time visiting this chic ramen joint, and it was really hard to put out the final review. The shop offers only a few selections on their menu, but they are undoubtedly their best creations. The ramen are robust, filled to the brim with delicious and creamy broth, and adorned with a few slices of thick chashu pieces.

Very delicious and filling! I got their Al Pastor ramen, the meat is very flavorful and the broth starts off mellow spicy, but does increase the more you eat it.
