I have been to multiple Nando’s and I always have a consistently good experience. This is a place for spicy chicken which has a taste you normally do not find around. I highly recommend Nando’s for a tasty meal. I seem to have a consistent experience, whether stateside or overseas (London). Try it for something tasty and different.

Ok. For what seems to be months. I walked by the future site wit mouthwatering photos of the food soon to be arriving. Well. I was tricked by the well photo shopped advertisements. First. Walked in side and told. Sit where i wanted and to note the table number. Also told to download menu and order thru the web. Hmmm. Did not like that. But hey. I wanted to try the food so i did. Ordered. We ordered 3 pc ckn . Chicken livers. Fries and crispy sprouts.

Nando’s has always been my favorite, so I ordered pick-up when I passed by Alexandria. This place seems to have many more customers compared with the Arlington places, and I had to wait for ~40m for my order.

A real short young Hispanic waitress was supposed to be waiting on me and a friend. She sat us down and just left us. I got her attention and ask her can we have some Water. She said she will be back with our Waters and never came back. I get her attention and asked about our Waters, she said you had to get Cups and get it yourself. I went and got 2 small cups from this young black girl who shoved them in my hands with some serious attitude. So at this point I’m going back and forth getting up to get my own water until a young gentleman waiter gave us a whole picture of water. Remind you he was not the person waiting on us. This young man bought out our food and took care of us. The original waitress kept helping the Latino family that was sitting next to us. It was very clear she is a racist. When that family left, she literally wiped the trash on the floor right next to us like we were dogs. Then she left. Never checked up on us or asked anything. We will never be back to that location ( Huffman Plaza ) ever again.

Soda fountain was out of CO2, no ice, and the flat soda came out warm. I asked for ice and they took a little bit of time getting it. When I did put ice in the drink it nearly melted instantly, which really annoyed me.

My boyfriend and I came in before going to see the new Spider-Man movie and it was definitely the best choice the staff was pleasant but among them all Jesus stood out the most. Jesus Jesus Jesus ! He was so energetic and helpful. Jesus had a great sense of humor and made sure to check up on us frequently enough to do that we were never waiting for anything we need. The food was hot and delicious. We got our food and ate in under 30 mins and got to our movie right on time. Keep up the great work!

So many places serve chicken, but this is a more trendy restaurant with a very chill and casual atmosphere. The chicken dishes are great and properly cooked. Plenty of side dishes to pair with. Great mash potatoes, good fries, but mediocre rice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

I love Nandos, I’ve never had an issue with any locations but this one was very unprofessional and unwelcoming. No one greeted us when we entered. When we were sat, we weren’t offered water at first. Food ordering was quick and easy to use and food came out fresh and it was delicious. We then asked for some more water in which all employees were sitting and talking loudly. The employee said she’ll ask someone in the front and then asked another employee who came out the kitchen to grab us water. All employees were unprofessional and lacked mannerism and were obviously lazy. Then the manger came out and all of a sudden the atmosphere changed, employees are no long loud and actually got up and started to look like they were doing something. Very unprofessional establish, food is good. Recommend to go to other locations.
