I went to Westfield Old Orchard location, and it was good. This location wasn’t good. The chicken is so dry and glassware dirty. Everything else is good. Very tasty sangria , good table service.

Wow. Um. Just bad. First and last time here. Don’t even bother eating at this location. There were only 2 tables and they messed up both orders. And they even tried giving us the other tables food. When they switched plates to try to correct the food, the other tables food was still wrong. Ordered a rainbow bowl and Caesar salad. The rainbow bowl was very pretty and was good. The Caesar salad was horrible. The only thing that was good from it was the chicken. The lettuce was completely wilted and not fresh. Didn’t bother saying anything and just getting another wilted salad. My bowl was broken and glued back together horribly. It was sharp. I had asked for water and the container was rusted and the cup was dirty and had food on it. Had to order a smart water instead. My boyfriend ordered garlic bread as an add on to his bowl and they didn’t bring it. My boyfriend explained that he ordered it and the server starts arguing with him how he didn’t order and they didn’t see anything that said it and no, that’s not true. He didn’t even try to check. He was like you can actually go order at the counter. He ordered another garlic bread and it was just sitting on the pick up counter for a couple of minutes so my boyfriend thought he had to go grab it himself. When he went to get it, they said to sit down and that they’ll bring it. More time passes and after the cooks and servers finish screwing around, they brought the bread. He was already done with his meal at this point.

I placed an online order for the chicken skewers. Once my boyfriend picked it up and brought it home I checked the food and my food is BURNT! And super dried out! I just tried to call and inform them but the employee who answered the phone hung up the first time. I called back and explained to him what happened and he completely ignored me. Didn’t hear anything I was saying. He was too involved in another conversation with other employees (I could hear them extremely loud in the background) so I repeated myself again and he kept saying “huh” and not trying to listen to my concern. Then I asked him are you even listening and then the phone went silent and eventually hung up. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I can’t even enjoy my food because it’s so burnt.

I LOVE the chicken from Nando’s, the fries are always well seasoned and the Portuguese rice never disappoints. I always take some extra lemon&herb sauce with me. The inside is always clean and the servers are always very friendly. My favorite place to eat chicken in Oak Park! The food is usually ready very fast. The only thing I would change would be the ordering process, specially cause I hardly get internet at Oak Park, it takes an extra 5 minutes to connect to their internet. Other than that, I enjoy the eating experience there!

Nando’s never disappoints! My food was delicious, flavorful, and savory. The environment was clean and friendly. I ordered my favorite dishes, the chicken Caesar salad wrap with mashed potatoes and fries with peri-naise sauce. My tastebuds were so happy! The mashed potatoes are so flavorful and creamy. The fries are delicious and the sauce is even better! My partner also ordered the half chicken with mango & lime. He was satisfied as well! Nando’s is a great restaurant to dine at if you want to eat flavorful meals. Highly recommend!
