Shredded green papaya with tomatoes, fermented fish sauce, crab paste, lime, garlic, and fresh chili peppers. Garnished with cabbage. Comes with sticky rice.		 $15.00
Nam Khao – Laotian Crispy Rice Salad
Crispy rice balls crumbled into pieces mixed with grated coconut, green onions, cilantro, peanuts, and cured pork sausages. Served with salad and red chili pepper. Use the salad to wrap the Nam Khao into a bit size portion to eat. The fried rice balls are made with red curry, ginger, eggs, lime, and herbs. Not being exposed a lot to Lao or Thai food before I was excited to try NangNang and see what I’ve been missing. My favorite dish by far are the Nang Nangs fried eggrolls, but everything in my opinion is worth a shot. A hidden gem in KC for sure!
