Their food is great..but I just ordered and my husband went and picked up the food. It was $23.00 and got home and almost $30 was taken from our card.

I ordered a pizza for delivery. The pertain answering the phone was super friendly! The pizza arrived within the time frame I was given and was absolutely delicious! I was thrilled to see fresh mushrooms and purple onions. The crust was fantastic! I would definite order from here again!

Today was the first time i ever ordered from them . I have a special way i love my pizza, Thin crust, extra sauce, double cheese, and 3x’s sausage. The gentleman who waited on me , listen, i ordered in house, and ran next door to buddys , less 20 min was done, and i was sitting outside at table and brought it to me . When i got home , WOW, fantastic job they did , i am impressed and will do business with them in the furture, Excellent job, and just way i love it …………Thanks lots guys/ gals Great Pizza

The food was awful. Bread sticks were dry with no flavor. I also got a pizza with pineapple and the pineapple was white, dry, and tasted rotten. I tried my husbands pizza and it tasted like the box it came in. It was the worst pizza i have ever tried. I honestly do not know how they are in business!!!

The food is great! The delivery is pretty slow adding about 20 minutes to your wait time for just being down the road. We haven’t had any issues with the staff other than they don’t answer the phone until 20 minutes after they “open” and they stop answering 20 minutes before “close”

We have given this place lots of opportunities to get it right. Consistently bad service. Multiple orders have been wrong. Employees argue with customers and make up excuses instead of correcting issues. Paid for extras and didn’t receive it. Under cooked food (raw dough). Won’t let you speak with management.To order from here anymore is just asking for abuse. Wish there was another pizza delivery option in Napoleon.

From past experience, when I’ve call or gone in to pay for my order I also get a very sour attitude from the same girl every time. Today my husband called in a order for delivery around 12. was told 25-30 minutes until it would get to our house( we live less them 2 miles away) at 1 still NO food! called to see how much longer and got the same nasty response so he asked to cancel the order and his refund was told no and was hung up on! So when I called to see what was going on I asked to speak with a manager and when they answered I was they were speaking and when I asked her what the deal was she said they canceled his order and no refund would be given. If it was going to be such an inconvenience to have it delivered we would of picked it up ourselves, but were in the middle of doing things. So when we went down there to get our refund again like always we we’re treated with the NASTIEST attitude from the staff. Walking out from this “business” the driver called asking where we were, because they finally arrived over 45 mins LATE!!!!

First time eating Napoleon Pizza time and we were not happy with it. Dough hadn’t risen and was flat with barely any sauce or toppings. Breadsticks were flat,doughy and gross. Next time I’ll go to Grass lake Pizza time. What a waste of money and nobody would eat more than 1 slice.

As I’m sitting here waiting for my food, i have watched two different people eat food, fingers in mouth ( no exaggeration), scratch their head, and have not seen anyone wash their hands. I have worked pizza my whole life, the men should be wearing hats and washing their hands between each order. Cross contamination people! Needless to say. I will not come back. Horrible first experience, abs i don’t even have my food yet. ….
