Absolutely the worst experience for take-out pizza I have ever had. After having to return the pizza to Napoli’s and wait 55 minutes for them to correct the order they refused to refund the difference between the cost of what I ordered and what they gave me. They neglected to offer me even a glass of water while I waited. Other seated diners were experiencing issues with the service and wait time. The order went through Slice and they were able to credit my charge card for the overcharge. Stay away from this establishment.
