My husband gave the calzone 3 stars. He said it was pretty good, but it was overpriced and we waited over 20 minutes for it when no one else was in the building and multiple employees were here. Seems like the need a newer oven that can cook faster!

Terrible location. Time is 746 pm. I ordered a pizza and this is the 2nd time they say it’s delivered and never delivered my pizza. I called in and the woman was very rude saying she never received my order or cared to apologize for their systems not working. Either way I’ll take my business somewhere else.

We were told it would be 35 to 40 minutes and it was an hour and 45 minutes before we got our large pizza and antipasto salad! The salad was hot in our pizza was cold and greasy.

Horrible service. Told me my pizza would be ready in 45 minutes. I showed up five minutes early. Paid for my pie and was told it would be right out . People were coming and going that ordered 15 minutes prior and we’re out the door. I kept asking and was told a few minutes finally I had to get loud and ask is my pizza even in the oven. Three times. They asked what I ordered which was a simple sausage pie. 40 minutes later I had to yell what is going on when the man came out from behind and asked what I had ordered and I told him he looked me up my phone number and said I only ordered 15 minutes ago. Long story short after waiting in the restaurant for additional 40 minutes my pizza finally came out. No apologies for waiting so long or whatever miscommunication they had in the restaurant. Didn’t even acknowledge the time I spent waiting, which I should have left and demanded my money back. Last time I’ll go back. The first two times I only waited an additional five or 10 minutes, but an additional 40 is ridiculous. I will go to another pizzeria from now on. PS the sausage pie was horrible as well!

We were told the pizza would be 25 to 30 minutes when we ordered. We arrive at 25 minute mark. Got home (5 minute drive) and the pizza was Luke warm and undercooked.

I ordered 100 dollars worth of pizza for my work staff tonight, and two hours later it’s still not here upon further research we received a message that the person delivering our pizza went to the wrong location. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one would answer. We are just wondering where our food is. After they took it to the wrong location did they just take it home with them? We are very confused and hungry.

They didn’t know how to make a Margarita Pizza even though the ingredients were right on their menu. At least 5 of their employees argued with me that I didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed each of them their menu but the teens behind the counter were still rude. Finally the manager agreed to make a new pizza. He brought it out personally and with the translation services of one of the most belligerent teens, apologized for the attitude of the staff and gave me the ruined pizza at no charge. I’ve lowered my rating from three stars to one star because the owner just responded to this review and suggested that I pretended to be disappointed so I could manipulate them into giving me a free pizza! His snide remark (which you can read for yourself in his review) was – “Maybe you just wanted a free pizza.”. Then to make it even worse – he thanks me for giving him business. What kind of business owner snaps back at a customer and accuses him of being a con artist ripping him for a free pizza? I’ve been going to the original Napoli on the Bay @ Crayton Cove for 23 years and to the East Naples location since it opened. I took my kids there to celebrate their birthdays every year. We’d put candles on the pizza pie, and follow it up with ice cream from their shop and stroll on the Naples City Docks. Napoli by the Bay was part of our family tradition. The original founder knew us and we felt like a part of the Napoli on the Bay family. I raved about his establishment and referred dozens of customers to his modest pizza shop year after year. I never had a problem. In fact, I’m sure he’d roll over in his grave if he knew what kind of inexperienced, hostile employees were being hired or if he knew how the new owner was publicly accusing loyal customers of deceit and insisting that pizza sauce belongs on Margarita pizza instead of tomatoes, even though it is spelled out clearly in their menu and by various 3rd party sources. Margarita Pizza is my wife’s preference, and Napoli by the Bay is her favorite source. I didn’t want to disappoint her and we had guests waiting at our house while I went to pick up the order and deal with this incident. Does wanting to please my wife and receive what I paid for make me a con man who manipulates teenagers to get fee pizza? I don’t need to businesses to give me anything for free but I do expect to be given what I ordered + paid for and I do expect to be treated with courtesy & respect. Before this incident, they made the best Margarita Pizza in Naples and they treated their customers fairly and respectfully. I don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes now but I do hope they get their act together again.

Wifey and I love the pizza here. Nice early afternoon specials and medium thin crust so not too filling. We’ll be back.

This has always been one of my favorite pizza places. But today I was really disappointed. I ordered pizza for dinner, and my kids knowing it’s from Napoli were excited. But it never arrived. I called the restaurant several times and nothing. When I finally looked up the phone number to double check, I realized they had closed already. So they accepted my order, was supposed to be delivered by 845, never got delivered, and closed by 9pm. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
