Napoli on the Bay has a new location in the former Mama Mia’s location next to Skyline Chili off 7th Ave North. It’s only a matter of time before folks figure out it’s one of the best places for slices & pizza in all of Naples. Delicious!

I ordered from this store 2 weeks ago. We ordered one large pepperoni mushroom pizza and an Italian sub. We had it delivered. The pizza was good but the sub had no meat or cheese on it. It was just lettuced in tomato wrapped in bread. I called the business up to complain and they told me I needed to bring the sub to them, which defeats the purpose of getting delivery. After driving 4 miles, I meet with the manager. He apologized with an attitude, then tells me he will give us a 15% discount next time. We just got another delivery, and they did not honor the 15% discount. This will be the last time we ever order from this store again.

Just really basic low quality pizza, Naples has so many better options. Possibly one of the worst pizzas I’ve ever had, It was completely soggy and just covered in grease. Would never return and was very dissapointed.

I have been buying pizza from Napoli for over 30 years at the 12 th Ave s location for years, now I live near the one near Livingston and Pine Ridge. Not the same, the last time I.ordered from there pizza really didn’t taste that good. Not a lot of flavor. Disappointed

We just ordered our 4th and final order from Napoli on the Bay. It was half free because they sent us raw pizza the last 3 times so we kind of had to use the credit. They gave us raw pizza again and Hot Buffalo Wings with no sauce on them at all. I have no idea what’s wrong with this company. They have so much potential but zero quality control. We’re giving up on them.

This Is definitely not the same Napoli charlie owned 30 years ago. Order was ready 40 minutes after my pickup time. The chicken Parm was watery, almost soup. The guy cooking the pizza kept blowing on the pies as he rotated them. I don’t quite understand the reason for that, Then scratching the end of his nostrils while making the pizza. I didn’t want guacamole on my pizza!
