A large specialty pizza and pepperoni garlic knots on a Saturday night is what I was looking forward to, instead I get what can only be described as a sad impersonation of something edible. I opened the box and the toppings were all shifted to the left, spilling over the crust and onto the box. I picked up a slice and all of the toppings and cheese slide off like liquid. I said to myself, “well that’s what a fork and knife are for, am I right?” Nope. wrong. It tasted like someone dumped a pre-k lunch onto a wad of dough. Perhaps I could find an ounce of solace in the pepperoni rolls? Again, a pipe dream. The center was not cooked enough, and the pepperoni looked like it hadn’t seen Temps above room level.

Should have looked at the reviews before ordering. But our pizza was terrible and had to be completely thrown away. For the price, the quality is horrible. Instead of getting a pizza, we recieved a soggy mess. The toppings all slid off the pizza and it wasn’t even edible. The crust was so thin that it fell apart because of the sauce. I’ll never be ordering from here again. It was an absolute waste of money and incredibly disappointing.

I live within 2 miles of 7 pizza joints, and have tried them all because I finally made it to Napoli on the bay off Collier in Naples. We ordered a Napoli Supreme pizza in person for takeout and waited outside for it to be prepared.

Charged $20 for a “medium” pizza that is messed up, crust is broken off on one side of the pizza. Supposed to be half cheese and half pepperoni but there is only one slice that is just cheese. Staff wasn’t that great when I asked about the size, ordered a medium but looks like they gave me a small.

Food was gross. They forgot our mozzarella sticks and didn’t offer new ones or a refund. Garlic knots are dry, burnt, and smothered in pure garlic. Burnt the hell out of our mild wings. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Wanted to order two small pizzas. Was up sold to the large which was the same price as small. Then add in $3 per item on the pizza amounted to our two pizza’s costing over $57. Even got charged $3 for asking them to go light on the cheese-really. If pizza was out of this world that’s one thing but it definitely was not. Very salty, soggy crust. Won’t be going back.

I ordered a Sicilian pizza today with x-cheese meatball and spinach. The pizza was burnt and dry the dough has no taste. There was no extra- cheese. This is the 3rd time I have ordered from the location in the last couple months. I will never order from them again. I called finally on the 3rd time and they refunded my pizza but still my family was hungry and so disappointed. I had to make something for us to eat. I will never order from the company again.

Finally found good pizza in Naples! I really enjoyed the Hawaiian pizza. Really nice crust with the perfect thickness. The House Salad is fresh, crisp and very tasty. The Spaghetti and meatballs were presented nicely,with great bread on the side. Probably won’t order meatballs again, as I did not care for the texture/flavor. Sauce is excellent on the Spaghetti.

Worst ordering experience! I ordered on grubhub, there was a lot of choices but i bought garlic knots and i left a note saying “no garlic, just plain” and fries, The delivery was quick but the food was the WORST! Garlic knots with bad taste AND GARLIC and fries was MUSHY! Better luck next time, because i am not coming back, even if i receive a coupon.
