You take two steps into the small storefront and you know this place is the real deal by the smell and feel of it. Damiano greeted us like we were family even though it was our first time there and made us feel thankful for our business. We also overheard him talk to someone before us who seemed to be prepared to be mad about some coupon mixup from earlier in the week, and he handled it respectfully and with a charm that had this patron leaving with a smile too. As someone who’s been in that customer service role, it’s easy to recognize that talent but also a genuine care that your customers come back. In any case Damiano was super cool, and when we got out food home the pizzas and sandwiches tasted as good as they looked. I 100-percent stand by the ingredients they put into their recipes, mainly the meats. The ham used in their Canadian bacon was to die for. Their ribs were definitely not an afterthought and the meatballs in their sub were well made. Solid food with great looks and a taste to match, and prices + customer service that makes us want to go back (if not just to chat with Damiano again!). Oh! They also got nice harder to find sodas in their cooler, more than just standard flavors.

If you notice they don’t respond to negative reviews or they blame you, the customer for your bad experience. My experience. Bought full slab of ribs Saturday night thinking its the special thought they’d be prepped for a lot of sales. I got mine delivered. Great on top, grey n slimy on the bottom. Got sick, fever etc. I call, of course nobody else has issues so somehow they are now not responsible for sending out spoiled meat. Called 4 times, no owner in, Vince. I was told I was wrong, they were fresh. Why were they grey and I was sick? Left unresolved by the business. It’s unfortunate we order often, the other stuff has been fine. And even the ribs great except 4/29. Even gave a $10 tip cause Ive had great service till now. Sad

Moved to Florida for over 20 yrs. Couldn’t wait to get a taste of some Chicago pizza. This pizza was incredible. The food was even better than I expected. The Italian beef was wonderful. The flavor in the pizza and the beef were just as I remembered. Couldn’t ask for a better authentic Chicago feast. Not only was the food outstanding, the owner was extremely friendly and polite. We will definitely be revisiting.

We have had pizza from just about every pizza place in Arlington Heights. This is one of our favorite pizza places if not the favorite. What sets them apart is that the pizza is not greasy like everyone else. It tastes very fresh. The pizza sauce is also amazing. I always get a couple extra sides of the sauce. Had the thin crust and the deep dish and both styles were on point and delicious. Just the right amount of cheese, sauce and ingredients. They also have an 18″ deep dish, which I don’t think I’ve seen anywhere else. Its Huge!

Stopped by Napoli Pizza and ordered a 14″ cheese and sausage pizza. The pizza had a nice crisp crust. The sauce was decent with just the right amount of seasoning. The pizza was topped with GRANDE cheese, which has an amazing flavor and almost melts in your mouth. The pizza was loaded with giant chunks of Italian sausage that were loaded with fennel and packed with flavor. This place is top notch and the pizza is next level. A must go to for real pizza people.
