Too many fees! I went to place a pickup order and they tacked on fees upon fees. There were at least 3 fees on top of the order, then when I went to pay, yet another fee to use a credit card. Cancelled my order and went somewhere else. If you have business related expenses, put them in the base price like every other business instead of nickel and diming people with your “fees”. It’s your cost of doing business.

There are only so many pizza places in Benicia, and even fewer that aren’t chains. This is a solid option with a chewy crust if you want something locally owned. But skip the garlic cheese bread, it is a little underwhelming

Have ordered pizza from everywhere in Benicia and can say Napoli is by far the best in the area. Quality in every bite and top knotch service whether it’s a pickup or delivery. Little pricier than your franchise spots but well worth it. Pro-tip, don’t forget to add a cup of ranch to your order, perfect for dunking that amazing crust!
