Was waiting for a bus and some random kid fell pretty hard on his bike right next to this pizza spot. I went to check on the kid and he was pretty banged up… I ran to find a bottle of water. All of the other businesses seemed to be closed. It was late and definitely after hours, but I could see a dim glow from the face of Napoli Pizzaria store. As I walked up to the window I could see a few people, with brooms in hand, cleaning up after a long day. I knocked on the window because the door was locked and they walked over to the window to see what I wanted. I yelled through the window that someone was hurt and I wanted to grab a bottle of water. Without hesitation the staff quickly unlocked the door and gave me water to help the banged up bicycle boy. I told them I wanted to pay they they refused to take my card. They were gracious and kind and just wanted to provide some help for a person in need… kudos, Napoli! Haven’t eaten here before, but be sure the next time I am craving pizza, I will be sure to order from here!

Napoli is just another middle of the road pizza joint. Their Pizza is not bad, but it is not as good as their competition down the street. I can say the same for rest of their food. They don’t use the best quality ingredients. It is kind of like one of those big chain pizza places.

So I come in with like 13 mins left of open time (sorry guys) I speak he’s not happy to see me . I’m close to 30 mins late for work I’m starving I need food so boom small pepperoni pizza and bayyyyyby let me tell you this pizza was so freaking goooood !! Perfect crust the perfect lil round bowl pepperoni cooked perfection oh my goodness ! I ate half the freaking pizza before I made it to work only 55mibs late and it was damn worth it . Thanks hope to see you guys again

I ordered thru UberEats and they didn’t follow directions at all! They gave me uncooked fries with cold cheese thrown in a bag. I ordered and paid for ranch dressing and did not receive it and I ordered white pizza and received red sauce instead. I spent $50! This is, DISRESPECTFUL, DISGUSTING AND UNACCEPTABLE! When I contacted the restaurant for resolution all I received was a dry apology and the told me to tell UberEats to refund me. I need some sort of compensation or settlement for the garbage they had delivered to me! Please see pic
