I had called for pick up and the person on the other end of the phone had attitude when taking my order. I then came here to pick up my food when it was ready. When I walked in I greeted the staff, it was like talking to a brick wall because none of them responded back. These people need to humble themselves, the food isn’t all that to begin with. The price of the food doesn’t even match the quality. The food doesn’t even taste like Italian food whatsoever. I’ve bought food from this place for years and wow how things have changed. I also noticed racism from the employees behalf with other customers, very disappointing I will not be coming back to this place! I don’t support businesses that lack professionalism and treat customers poorly.

Most of the time I’ve ordered pizza here, it’s alright, but I ordered a Penne à la Vodka dish with grilled chicken, and… it did not taste ANYTHING like vodka sauce…. it didn’t look like it either… since I was starving today, I went ahead and ate it (wasn’t bad), but wasn’t what I was expecting…. mental note: don’t order this dish at this place…

Food is always good, the service has gotten really bad. Hofstra employees get a 5% discount. Usually they are very friendly and love the business we give them. On this particular day the food service worker – amazing as always. The cashier must’ve been having a bad day! I asked if he had applied my hofstra discount (mind you I am wearing Hofstra gear, lanyard and ID) he said ” I can’t read your mind – you didn’t show me your ID”. Very true, I didn’t show him my ID. The correct/appropriate response should’ve/could’ve been – no you didn’t show me your ID.

Tastes off. Not original chef/cook. The garlic knots are tiny now. I ordered 3 thinking my friend and I can share.. they were barely bigger than an munchkin. The Sicilian slice i ordered had wayy to much sauce on it and it was the thinnest slice i’ve ever seen. Not enough cheese. The buffalo chicken was dry. Left over from yesterday??
