Authentic Italian food. The bread is awesome. We had the calamari, supreme pizza and eggplant parmigiana. All were made great. Good service and very friendly.

The food is average at best and the prices do match the quality or quantity of what you get not to mention the customer service is awful. I have ordered food from here two times and both times there has been something wrong with my order. The second time I called the restaurant and they said there’s nothing they could do and hung up. Would not recommend to anyone

Convenient because it’s right in the hotel and we had been driving all day. Food wasn’t the best for the price. I got the chicken carbonara and the sauce was watery and bland. Our order for 5 was ready in like 10-15 minutes which was odd. Good for convenience but not for flavor. I ended up eating some of my husband’s alfredo instead.

They forgot to put the sauce on our pizza!!! Other than that, the crust was a little overcooked, the other toppings were fine, veggies were fresh. For a $30 pizza, I’m a little surprised.

What a Great lunch, the bread the sauce. (homemade). Food was prompt and oh so flavorful and divine. Waiter was pleasant and very helpful. The chicken And the veil was flavorfull and moist. Seasoned wonderfully! They also offer a daily special which is super helpful because it allows people to experience The entree’s and the salad ect. They do only accept check or Cash which I’m only assuming is because they are a new restaurant and trying to maintain a budget until they can get proper setting of funds. Which essentially gives me the impression that they’re putting their income into the authentic homemade product as opposed to the economics of it. They do offer an ATM on the facility which is very convenient. They also offer take out and had Pizza on the menu, which I cannot wait to try next week. With all the fresh options it sounds amazing. So pleased thank you for giving us the opportunity to enjoy your restaurant!

Billed as authentic Italian. We expected homemade noodles and sauce. We got store bought spaghetti and egg noodles. Very disappointed in the food. The atmosphere is terrific.

Food was okay. I am use to authentic Italian food. It wasn’t bad… brothers run the restaurant. They don’t accept a card so we wrote a check. Told the one brother to give his brother a 40 dollar tip. The other brother (server) followed out and yelled saying we only gave him a 30 dollar tip. Who does that? So my dad Followed him back in and gave another 20 dollar tip. I don’t know if I will be back but I don’t live here. Im here in Quincy often though. Who does that? So they got a 60 dollar tip and were rude. Wish them luck

Food was objectively bad and prices were not reasonable for what it is.

It was our first time dining at Napoli’s. As is with any first time the menu is loaded with many appetizers and entrees and you are a bit overwhelmed and hoping your choices are good ones. After making our choices we were not disappointed. Looking forward to exploring delicious foods in the future. Vito our sever was friendly and competent and definitely contributed to a truly delightful experience.
