The chicken Alfredo was amazing. They bring hot rolls and butter to your table when you sit down. The place is a little outdated and it was quite warm in there, but the service was great and the portion sizes were ample.

We got in at 9pm and the place was empty apart from us. The service was overwhelming. She came to our table every 5 minutes to check on us. After we paid, the server quickly ran to where our table was then came out to my vehicle and asked us if we enjoyed the service. Apparently you HAVE to tip. She threatened us that the owner bans people who don’t tip. She came out to the vehicle 2 separate times. I’ve never had a server demand a tip like this. Way unprofessional! Then stormed inside angry. Will definitely be recommending people not going here because of this. There’s no reason for demanding a tip, storming our vehicle after we were outside, then threatening us and giving us a rude facial expression.

I’ve been going to this place since they opened. Have always loved it. But the past few months we have returned and the food is not the same. I always get the same thing, the pasta sampler. I don’t know what he’s done to the sauce ?But it has changed. Not to mention the bread is hard and cold now ? And now he wants to charge for extra dressing on the side. Not just fifty cents or something. But like $3or $4 I believe. I was in there last week. My lunch came with a salad. My companies lunch did not. She could buy one .59cents ? Weird price, you can get a whole salad for .59cents. But a Side of dressing is $3. Or more. So I asked if I could get another side salad for .59cents and saw told no . It would cost $3 or 4 dollars. I don’t remember , our waiter had broken english and was hard to understand. And he did hover over us also. We were the only one in the restaurant. I mean I like good service and all, but when they’re just standing there staring at you it’s a little weird. I feel like the owners attitude has changed in his business. Sure wish we had another italian restaurant in this town. Not sure if I’ll be back to this one anymore.

The food and the staff were great but the restaurant itself has seen some better days. There is a grime trail in the thin carpet that your shoes almost stick to when moving to and from your seat.

Fantastic food!! Delicious homemade Alfredo and lasagna. Some of the best pizza I’ve ever eaten. Our server was super-friendly, attentive, and helpful. Can’t recommend Napoli’s enough.

I have eaten at Napoli’s Italian Restaurant several times over the years. When my family was still alive and living in Pittsburg, Kansas and Liberal, Missouri we would visit Napoli’s Italian Restaurant. Each and every time we ate there the food was awesome and the service was fabulous. I’m 3/4 Italian so I know good Italian food and this place has it. I live in Wichita, Kansas and I don’t get down there anymore. But when I do I’m at Napoli’s. Keep up the great work. May God bless you always!

OMG this place is amazing. Went while on a trip and the server was legit the best. My BFF got sunburnt ND she even gave her some aloe for her burns. She was ALWAYS ready with a refill if your low or empty. She was very attentive and respectful. A totally different experience then my home town and will have me coming back everytime I visit. The food was so filling
