Their pizza is delicious! The toppings are always fresh and the dough is light and crispy! The antipasto salad is huge! I always take home half for later. They offer kid friendly options and discounts. Pricing is reasonable. Friendly staff.

First off, the food itself was pretty decent. Nothing to write home about but I did enjoy it. What I didn’t enjoy was the customer service and how they handled a certain situation. So, to begin, I ordered two sandwiches and a thing of wings from them today. Nothing special, the problem arose once I arrived. Upon arriving I was informed that I had not made an order for this location. I quickly learned I had accidentally ordered it for pickup at another one of their locations thanks to their employees. No big deal, my mistake, I’ll make the drive on account the other restaurant had already prepared our order. I started to leave when an employee said they could just transfer the order there so I wouldn’t have to make the trip. I thought this was immensely courteous. So I of course allowed them to do this. This next part is what left a bit of an imprint. As I went to sit and wait for my order to be ready one of the employees stopped me and told me that my number had been blacklisted from being able to order on account that I “called twice and hadn’t picked up an order I called in.” While I don’t blame the employee for stopping and telling me this I find it completely rude for my number to be blacklisted when I was perfectly content with picking up my order at the other location, after all it was my mistake, but to have told me and stopped me from doing this and then starting my order there and then telling me that there were said consequences, it left a less than desired experience. While yes I had called twice (due to the fact my phone had dropped the call mid order) I had called back and seemingly straightened things out at their call center. Furthermore, while it was full heartily my fault on my part for placing the order at the wrong location it was their reaction that kept me from just driving down the way and correcting it as such. So in conclusion, while the food was fine, they’re customer service is a little less than desired. For in the world of consumerism the customer is who you strive to please and this interaction left a sure sour taste in my mouth. I hope if this or any other similar scenario plays out it can be handled better by the upper management, and maybe they could use this as an example of what one little incident could play out as. I ordered food at 7pm they told me 45 minutes. Got there at 8pm paid they said there was one more item. They would bring it out to me in my car. 45 minutes later I went back in and they had a hard time finding it. When I went to say something about how long it was the lady just walk away

Usually a pretty good place but service and food quality is declining. They have a posted sign that says “If you don’t receive a receipt then your order is free.” I didn’t get a receipt and when I pointed that out I was told the order slip from their computer was the receipt. I’ll stop going there! The Belpre location runs much better! I had video of my encounter with bad customer service… So their solution? Ban cameras lol… Good luck with that since every teen has a cell phone with a camera… Or only Black adults can have cameras? Just curious….

Ordered breadsticks with cheese. If I had known it was sub buns with some mozzarella on top I would have never ordered them. Subs were OK, but not worth the price.
