I grew up in Allen and my family and I had Napoli’s as a staple of our special childhood meals and have many cherished memories here. I’m not sure if it really is the same gentleman working the register all these years later! But my boyfriend and I picked up a to-go order tonight as I’ve been missing this place, and this familiar face greeted us, promptly gave us our order and they SO thoughtfully gave us extra rolls. Nice touch!! Thank you for all of these years of great service and awesome food.

Fairly big restaurant in a strip mall with ample parking. Restaurant and bathrooms are clean and in good repair. The atmosphere is somewhat lacking for an Italian restaurant.

I got a combo dish and a pepperoni pizza. My wife got linguini with white clam sauce and we also got a spaghetti to share for later. My combo plate was flavorless. Just globs of cheese and sauce with zero flavor. Somewhere underneath all that was the pasta. You kinda had to look for it. It was hard to even tell when you were eating the pasta because there was so much cheese. (In my head) I could see Chef Robert eating this on Restaurant Impossible and then spitting it out. There was no love just slop. The pizza was mid-grade. Very garlicky. The garlic flavor overpowered the rest of the pizza flavors. My wife’s dish also had no flavor, very low quality. We didn’t even bother eating the spaghetti. We only ordered from this place because of the high review score. That’s why we were so bummed.

My husband & I just moved to the area, we stopped by last night on a whim, we got there a little after 9 and they close at 10 yet we were welcomed by the staff so kindly for dine in 🙂 First off the food is delicious! In fact, while eating my pizza I had a ratatouille moment of when I first tried pizza in New York, come to find out the owner is from there! Our waiter was very attentive and our food came out fantastic. Timmy is just awesome, we immediately knew we will be regulars here! Great service, Great Staff, Great Food and Great Owner!

Nice neighborhood Italian restaurant. We went at 5:00 on a Friday night and there were plenty of open tables at that time, but by 6:00 most tables were occupied. The menu has many options, from appetizers to salads, calzones, pizza, pasta dishes and desserts. We had pizza and spaghetti with meat sauce. The portions were generous and the prices were very affordable. Our server was very polite and attentive. We will definitely visit again.

Basic Italian food, but service was great. Super friendly and attentive waiter. Drinks refilled and everything done on a timely manner. Food was okay, mostly drowning in cheese. Marinara sauce a little too plain. Bread rolls tasted stale.
